Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize the Student Information System for higher education institutions in Singapore. The consultant will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with academic, admissions, student services, finance, and IT stakeholders
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional modules along with hands-on technical knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and reporting technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into techno-functional solutions within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Configure and support key modules such as Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advisement, and Enrollment.
- Develop and customize solutions using PeopleTools technologies (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher).
- Manage system integrations using APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for production issues.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (techno-functional role).
- Strong expertise in functional modules such as Admissions, Student Records, or Enrollment Management.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools (8.5x+), PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
