PeopleSoft Application Support (Campus Solution)
Location- Singapore
Role Summary
The Application Support Analyst will provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft applications, with a primary focus on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The role involves incident management, user support, configuration, and coordination with technical teams to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for PeopleSoft modules, primarily Campus Solutions (Student Records, Admissions, Enrolment, Financial Aid, Academic Advisement).
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to PeopleSoft functionality, data, and integrations.
Work closely with end users, functional teams, and technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes. Support system enhancements, patches, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
Assist in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities. Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
Maintain documentation including SOPs, issue logs, and knowledge articles. Support integrations with third-party systems and internal applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft navigation, security, roles, and workflows.
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
Basic understanding of PeopleSoft technical components (SQL, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the higher education domain.
Exposure to PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle database and SQL querying.
ITIL certification is an advantage.
