Job Description:
Develop and optimise talent & development strategies to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes across the region based on understanding of current organisation purpose, performance, priorities and future directions
Drive and implement key talent management initiatives around talent review, performance management and leadership development to ensure a high-performing culture
Design and implement training programmes targeted at different talent segments, to build a pipeline of effective leaders within the organisation
Work closely with senior management, business leaders, local HR counterparts, and other key stakeholders across the region to ensure smooth project execution and initiative implementation
Review existing initiatives and assess the feasibility of newly proposed initiatives by researching industry best practices/trends and conducting data analysis
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness and impact of initiatives
Manage and develop a team of talent and development professionals, providing direction, performance guidance, and capability development
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and above in any discipline
Minimum 10 years total working experience
Minimum 4 years of experiences in organisational design, or talent development work
Experience in leading regional/global organisation development, transformation, and other HR COE strategies from end-end, including ideation, planning, and executions in a sizable organisation
Strategic mindset and strong problem solving skills. Ability to quickly evaluate situations by combining business judgment and people's intuition to reach well-founded decisions.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex commercial context to align HR goals with business goals
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Team management experience is a plus
