Job Description:
The People Services Manager will manage the HR operations for our growing Singapore organization. This role will work closely with leadership to drive results through effective management of the teammate experience across the business. This role reports to the General Manager.
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position however, these are not exhaustive.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Strategic partner to Senior Management, advising on HR operations and strategy.
- Manage initiatives and processes across all HR core functions.
- Supervise effective recruitment and onboarding for clinical and head office teammates.
- Supervise the comprehensive payroll processes for a primarily shift-based teammate population at each location.
- Maintain teammate records in human capital management system (Workday).
- Develop and maintain consistent people metrics, reporting and analytics suite for all levels of management.
- Manage end of year talent management and compensation cycle.
- Develop and manage programs to support employee growth and drive engagement.
- Support restructuring, initiating, managing change in the organisation and provide strong support on any change consultations
- Establish and maintain employee relations protocols to ensure sound judgement and legal compliance while managing risk effectively.
- Have the direct supervision responsibility for direct reports.
- Execute ad hoc HR related projects/ programmes.
Qualifications and Experience:
The following are the qualifications, experience and certifications associated for this job position. Some are required and others are preferred.
- Exceptional experience in managing a Human Resource operations function required.
- Understanding of employee relations and HR best practices in Singapore is required.
- Degree in relevant field or relevant equivalent experience required, Masters or equivalent advanced degrees highly valued.
- 5+ years as an HR leader is required.
- Experience working in Healthcare or other industry with prevalence of shift workers required.
- Experience with compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook advanced proficiency in Excel required.
- Experience of Workday would be an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English.
