What your days might look like
The People Partners mission is to be a partner to our leaders, enabling them to activate and amplify their people. You'll be instrumental in driving a high-performance and high-productivity culture across your portfolio, bringing data-driven insights and a deep knowledge of pragmatic advice to activate our leaders.
our role will be pivotal in driving the commercial success of Employment Hero through:
Providing product-led guidance to Product & Engineering leaders, enabling execution at maximum velocity.
Contributing to the People Team's strategic priorities as a member of the Performance Ops Team.
Advising on organisational design, ensuring we're optimised for success and set up to scale effectively.
Supporting talent management and succession planning to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Helping establish and maintain a high performance culture across Product & Engineering, aligned to EH expectations and Product Ways of Working.
As our People Partner - Technology you'll be responsible for:
Strategic Partnering
Act as a trusted partner to Product & Engineering leaders, supporting how teams scale, perform, and deliver.
Partner on organisational design decisions that directly support Product strategy. Constructively challenge leaders on structure and people challenges in alignment with Product Ways of Working.
Support leaders to make fast, high-quality people decisions in line with EH's Mission-First and High-Performance culture.
Coach Product & Engineering leaders on how to role model the EH Way through their decisions, communication, and trade-offs.
Performance, Growth and Delivery
Partner with leaders to drive and sustain high performance through clear expectations, effective performance management, and timely intervention.
Use data, insight, and judgment to identify performance bottlenecks, capability gaps, or structural constraints.
Support leaders to run clear, direct, and timely performance conversations aligned to EH's high-performance expectations.
Contribute to talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development.
Support the design of talent and performance practices that enable continuous delivery, fast iteration, and outcome-based execution.
Embedding our DNA
Design people practices that prioritise speed, ruthless prioritisation, and ownership.
Coach leaders to balance rapid execution with clarity, fairness, and sustainability.
Hold leaders accountable for behaviours that undermine collaboration, humility, or one-team outcomes.
Ensure recognition, progression, and feedback reinforce how results are achieved, not just what is delivered.
Engagement & Insights
Support leaders in addressing engagement, retention, and burnout risks through analytics, prioritisation, and effective performance management.
Reinforce async-first, remote-first ways of working, improving focus, autonomy, inclusion, and execution quality across regions.
Use AI and people analytics to surface actionable insights, identify emerging performance or capacity risks, and inform workforce and leadership decisions.
Experiment with emerging AI tools to reduce manual overhead and enable workforce decisions at scale.

Strong commercial and systems thinking able to connect people decisions to product delivery and business outcomes.
Comfortable operating with incomplete information, making judgment calls at speed, and constructively challenging leaders.
