Make an impact by:
- Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors and help ensure new joiners have a seamless start with the company.
- Support various tasks in the employee journey-from onboarding to offboarding-while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Draft and issue key HR documents including Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Moves, Contract Renewals, and more.
- Assist with applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements for employee work passes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate workflows that improve the overall employee experience.
- Participate in digitalization initiatives to refine and streamline HR processes.
- Help develop HR operations reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Provide timely assistance to People Partners and other departments on HR-related matters.
- Tackle various day-to-day HR tasks and contribute to the smooth running of People Operations.
The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is change in business requirements and scope of work.
