About The Role
We are looking for a curious, hands-on, onsite People Operations Executive/Senior Executive who takes ownership, loves solving problems, and is excited to grow across the full HR lifecycle. You will play a key role in keeping our people operations running smoothly while finding smarter ways to work through technology and automation.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and hiring administration.
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Own and facilitate new hire onboarding, including welcome sessions, culture introduction, first-week logistics, and coordination of IT setup and access.
Employee Lifecycle & Engagement
- Serve as the go-to person for HR-related employee queries, guiding employees on policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and HR databases.
- Conduct and track exit interviews, identifying trends and insights to support employee retention and experience.
HR Projects & Compliance
- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance with applicable employment regulations.
- Participate in HR and cross-functional projects, including employee experience and engagement initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to HR systems, processes, and workflows.
Performance & Compensation Support
- Support payroll preparation and processing, including payroll audits, reports, tax reporting, and compliance checks.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of performance review cycles and related processes.
- Support compensation and benefits administration as required.
Workplace, IT & Operations Support
- Oversee office and pantry management, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and functional workplace.
- Act as the primary coordinator between employees and our external IT vendor for day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of company devices and IT assets, including inventory tracking and allocation.
- Manage procurement workflows, including raising POs, tracking expenses, and liaising with Finance and vendors.
- Support workplace safety, maintenance scheduling, and facilities coordination.
To be a good fit for this role, you would have:
- 0–2 years of experience, either as a fresh graduate looking to build end-to-end HR experience or someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to broaden their scope.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong ownership and a problem-solving mindset. You take initiative, find solutions, and see things through.
- A curious and inquisitive mind. You ask questions, challenge how things are done, and look for ways to improve.
- An interest in AI and automation, with examples of how you have used technology to improve efficiency or solve problems.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and professional, with the maturity to handle sensitive information and take on tasks big or small.
