We're looking for a dynamic People Operations Executive to be the heartbeat of our retail team. In this role, you'll shape the employee experience from hiring and onboarding to engagement and community-building while keeping our HR operations running seamlessly. You'll be a trusted partner to both our retail crew and HQ, ensuring our people feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work.
Responsibilities include:
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Be a trusted point of contact for our retail crew, conducting regular check-ins to listen, support, and nurture crew well-being.
- Plan and host meaningful engagement activities such as crew meetings and outings.
- Champion HQ-led community initiatives and translate them into retail activations that build culture and connection.
- Collaborate with regional HR counterparts to maintain alignment across markets.
People Operations & Support
- Partner with Retail Management to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Keep personnel records and HR documents accurate and up-to-date.
- Support compliance needs with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee uniform inventory and assist the Retail Management team with presentations and proposals where necessary.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Drive the full recruitment journey for retail roles, including job postings, interview scheduling, and clear candidate communication.
- Lead candidate interviews and exit conversations.
- Oversee and shape onboarding experiences including structured 30-60-90 day plans to set new crew members up for success.
Requirements include:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 23 years HR/People Ops experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced industry.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, and engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and professional.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; detail-oriented and organised.
- Discreet, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Willing to support occasional after-hours/weekend retail operations.
