Description
Location: CBD Area
Work Time: 9am to 6pm
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as confirmation, contract management, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Employee Engagement & Performance Support
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programmes
- Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and review coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal training programmes and learning initiatives
- Support cross-functional collaboration and skills development activities
Compensation, Benefits & Administration
- Support payroll inputs, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Oversee general office administration and employee welfare matters
Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations
- Implement and maintain HR policies in line with local employment laws and best practices
- Support employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
- Assist with regional HR coordination where applicable
Operations & Reporting
- Support operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare HR and operational reports such as headcount, hiring status, and turnover analysis
- Provide administrative and operational support to management as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or operations
- Experience in a generalist HR role is preferred
