Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and provide HR insights that support talent development, workforce planning, and employee success.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Lead and support employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation reviews, payroll coordination with outsourced payroll providers, and HR metrics/reporting.
