Job Description

Job Description

Impactful Projects:

  • Supporting initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Enhancing employee engagement and overall workplace experience

Learning Opportunities:

Day-to-day activities may include, but are not limited to:

Employee Engagement

  • Supporting the planning and execution of engagement initiatives (e.g., team-building activities, wellness programmes)
  • Developing written and visual content for internal communications (e.g., emailers, posters)
  • Gathering and analysing employee feedback to identify insights and improvement areas

Administrative Support

  • Processing invoices, including coordinating approvals with senior leaders
  • Maintaining and updating employee mailing lists and databases
  • Preparing HR-related reports, trackers, and spreadsheets

Learning & Development

  • Coordinating training sessions (e.g., venue booking, attendance tracking)
  • Preparing training materials and feedback forms
  • Monitoring and reporting on training completion rates

HR Projects

  • Supporting ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects
  • Analysing HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, dashboards)
  • Researching industry best practices and benchmarking trends

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Supporting documentation and administrative processes for onboarding and exit
  • Assisting with exit interview coordination and consolidation of feedback

Qualifications

  • Eager to learn and grow in a HR environment
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
