Job Responsibilities:
. Support full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, exits, and employee documentation
. Coordinate matters relating to workforce administration, housing arrangements, and regulatory compliance
. Liaise closely with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes
. Manage compensation & benefits administration, employee insurance matters, and payroll support
. Maintain HR documentation such as SOPs, organisation charts, and internal records
. Provide administrative and operational support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
. Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
. Training and guidance will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn and grow in HR
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
. Office Hours | 5-Day Work Week
