Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic People & Talent Partner to drive end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Culture, and HR Operations, with a strong focus on process optimization and AI-driven efficiency to support our growing regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and improve hiring efficiency
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with employer brand
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, career pages, employee storytelling)
Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, hiring quality)

2. Culture, Engagement & Retention

Design and implement initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement
Plan internal events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
Support onboarding programs to drive strong cultural integration
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement analysis
Identify attrition risks and recommend actionable retention strategies

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage day-to-day HR operations including policies, documentation, and compliance
Support performance review cycles and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain accurate HR records, dashboards, and reporting
Assist with payroll coordination and HR administrative matters
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

4. AI & HR Technology Enablement

Identify and implement AI tools to enhance recruitment and HR efficiency
Leverage data and dashboards to support hiring, engagement, and retention decisions
Optimize HR workflows through automation and digital tools (e.g. Lark, ATS, AI sourcing tools)
Upskill hiring managers and HR teams on effective use of AI and HR tech

5. Business Partnering & Organizational Support

Work closely with leadership to improve organisational effectiveness
Support workforce planning and organisational changes
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance team performance and structure
Act as a trusted partner to managers on people-related matters

Requirements
• 4 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People roles (preferably in a fast-paced or scaling environment)
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
• Exposure to employer branding, employee engagement, or HR operations
Familiarity with HR systems, ATS, and collaboration tools (e.g. Lark)
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools for HR / recruitment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across regions and cultures
