  • Salary: $4,500 to $9,000


Hiring Quality & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Singpass roles across product, engineering, design, ops, and other functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear role expectations, and hiring criteria aligned with Client's hiring framework.
  • Ensure interview processes are structured, and consistent with Client's hiring standards.
  • Improve candidate experience while maintaining a rigorous and high-signal hiring process.
  • Track hiring pipeline metrics, e.g. time-to-hire, candidate quality, interview signal reliability.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

Hiring Operations & Process Integrity

  • Standardise and streamline interview workflows across teams.
  • Ensure interviewers are properly calibrated and trained.
  • Improve hiring operations through better tooling, process clarity, and coordination.
  • Work closely with Client's central HR teams to ensure hiring practices remain aligned with organisational policies and frameworks.

Onboarding & Workforce Support

  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • Identify capability gaps and support leadership in prioritising hiring needs.

Culture & Organisational Health

  • Track org health indicators such as attrition, hiring quality, and capability coverage.
  • Support leadership in gathering and interpreting team feedback (e.g. pulse surveys).

Requirements

  • Degree Holder with relevant qualification or experience
  • Strong experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably for tech roles.
  • Ability to run structured hiring processes and maintain high interview standards.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to design and improve processes.
  • Comfortable partnering with product and technical leaders, as well as central HR teams.
  • Strong judgement in evaluating candidates and interpreting hiring signals.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time
