Job Summary
Join WWF-Singapore's People & Culture team as a proactive intern to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting HR process improvements over a 6-month internship.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and managing documentation to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately to support HR operations
- Organize and assist in employee engagement and development activities to enhance workplace culture and staff growth
- Research and evaluate HR tools and platforms to advance the HR digitalisation journey
- Assist in coordinating and executing HR digitalisation projects and process improvement initiative
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple HR tasks effectively
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with AI tools for productivity
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a willingness to learn
- Interest in HR systems, process optimization, and project coordination to contribute to continuous improvement
