Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team on a 1year contract. This role provides essential support across payroll, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR operations to ensure smooth, timely, and peoplecentric HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR digital transformation and process improvement
- Assist in HRIS migration project
- Set up and maintain HR SharedPoint site
- Create digital forms
- Create a HR Chatbot
2. Recruitment & Selection
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
- Partner with hiring managers to manage screening and shortlisting processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment related documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Events
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programmes and townhalls
- Coordinate logistics, communication, feedback collection, and post event reporting.
- Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Curating and sharing HR updates through newsletter.
4. Payroll & HR Operations
- Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all payroll changes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist in employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, probation tracking).
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
5. General HR Support
- Provide day to day HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
- Support ad hoc company wide projects and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
Required:
- Diploma/degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on HR operations and experience for the recent 5 years
- Familiar with Singapore employment rules and regulations
- Singaporean and PR only
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
