What You'll Do

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
- Manage performance marketing budgets with precisionmaximizing ROI and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with in-house designers and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
- Own the performance funnel: from awareness to conversion, ensuring seamless user journeys and strong attribution.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to uncover new growth levers and improve conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive.
- Leverage internal resources and digital channels to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Report on KPIs regularly, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other performance tools.
- Strong grasp of paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable working with data dashboards and attribution models.
