Plan, coordinate, and schedule construction works in accordance with the approved master and detailed work programmes.
Liaise closely with the Professional Engineer (PE) on all matters relating to temporary works and ensure compliance with approved designs and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants (QPS) on technical issues and manage site activities in collaboration with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Identify, assess, and resolve technical and engineering issues promptly to minimize delays and ensure construction quality.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to site supervisors to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.
Maintain high quality standards through regular site inspections, monitoring workmanship, and addressing non-conformances in a timely manner.
Prepare and review method statements, technical reports, and other project documentation as required.
Manage and supervise site workforce to ensure compliance with safety regulations, site cleanliness, and orderly work practices.
Closely monitor ongoing site activities to ensure progress, safety, and quality objectives are consistently met.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
Registered Resident Engineer with IES/BCA, holding valid certification in Singapore.
Prior experience in LTA road projects is highly preferred.
Proven experience as a PE assignee for standing supervision of works.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with project principals, consultants, and subcontractors.
