Job Description

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution on construction sites.
• Assist in coordinating between design teams, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Participate in progress reporting, quality checks, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements and share insights from past experience.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff.

Requirement

• Holds an RE registration with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least three years of relevant site supervision experience in civil or structural construction projects.
• Experience in LTA projects preferred.
• Familiarity with construction methods, safety protocols, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
