PDI Coordinator

. Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license

. Proficiency in office software

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Familiar with automotive PDI process

. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Management or equivalent

Job Description

. Oversee the entire PDI process to ensure the vehicle are prepared to the highest standards of new car

. Coordinate the installation of accessories of new car

. Managing the scheduling of PDI to meet delivery datelines

. Coordinating the flow of vehicles through the PDI process from arrival to delivery

. Verifying that all required accessories are installed and functional

. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements, installation and PDI related activities

. Monitor and ensure accessories stock availability

. Keep all relevant parties informed about the status of vehicle undergoing PDI through updated vehicle status report

. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment within the PDI area

. Timely preparation and submission of invoices
