Troubleshooting and Analysis:
Diagnose faults on existing PCBs utilising diagnostic tools and interpreting schematics and datasheets.
Root-Cause Analysis: Execute failure
analysis activities to determine underlying causes of PCB malfunctions.
Component-Level Repair: Carry out maintenance and repair tasks at the board and component level.
Testing and Debugging: Perform comprehensive testing and debugging procedures to confirm functionality post-repair.
Design: Prepare schematics, select suitable components, and develop high-speed PCB layouts using CAD software.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation is maintained for daily repair and rework operations.
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
. At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting PCBs and
semiconductor components.
. Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a
team.
. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices relating to PCB
maintenance.
Remuneration
. $6,000/month
. Five-day work week
