1. Prepare and manage payroll foroffice, warehouse and sites staff including salary computation, commissioncalculation and other staff disbursement.
2. Prepare payroll reports, manpower planning& budgeting.
3. Attend to remuneration relatedqueries from employees and other stakeholders.
4. Continuously review and improve thepayroll process for efficiency.
5. Manage work passes e.g. work permit,S pass, EP and others
6. Co-ordinate and manage thenecessaries for onboarding, exit of employees
7. Involve in recruitment e.g.selection
8. Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements including CPF, annual income tax filing, tax clearance, submissionof government related claims, grant application.
9. Arrange and manage staff training.
10. Support & arrange annual HR /companywide activities.
11. Any other duties relevant to human resources as assigned.
Requirement
1. Familiar with MOM, CPF and other regulatory guidelines on payroll, CPF, levy, work passes application &renewal, Employment Act.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in handling high-volume payroll for over 200 employees.
3. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or other related field of studies.
4. Fluent in English and able to communicate in basic Chinese.
5. Ability to work within tight deadline.
6. Willing to work at Tuas.
