Payroll Specialist, Team Lead | Up to $5,000)

Our client is a statutory board of the Singapore government & provides great working opportunity and tailored support.

SG Payroll:

1. Manage monthly payroll, including verifying payments, deductions, and data input.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, reconciliation, and variance reports for clients.
3. Process monthly CPF & MSO for clients.
4. Handle year-end tax processing and IRAS Reporting.
5. Submit tax clearance (IR21) for foreigner leavers.
6. Assist in year-end payroll audit, prepare reports and bank statements.
7. Perform off-cycle pay runs.
8. Extract payroll data for clients.
9. Prepare monthly fund transfer requests for payroll, CPF, and more.
10. Coordinate with finance on payroll journal entries and refunds.
11. Manage CPF board refund requests.

Overseas Centre (OC) Payroll:

1. Create bank files for T/T payments & ACH for OC.
2. Prepare monthly journal entries for OC.
3. Monitor payroll clearing accounts.
4. Reconcile bank statements for OC.

Accounting & Others:

1. Prepare secondment billing and send to finance for verification and invoicing.
2. Monitor recoverable third-party accounts.
3. Prepare bank reconciliation for DBS SGD & USD.
4. Resolve erroneous journal entries.
5. Provide payroll data for MOM surveys.
6. Perform UAT for payroll system.

Financial Year-End:

1. Prepare accrual journal entries for: a) HQ employee and management associates bonuses. b) Post-retirement benefits. c) HR claims.
2. Finalize clearing accounts.
3. Reverse bonus payouts.
4. Estimate the new fiscal year's secondment billing costs.
