The hiring company is a Global Technology Company with multiple business units across APAC. They are looking to hire a Payroll Operations Manager (Individual Contributor) with a proven track record of delivering Payroll Management as well as some HR Generalist Duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end regional payroll with accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance for Global Offices (SG, MY, CN, US, KR and more)
- Oversee payroll tax, benefits administration, vendor management, and year-end reporting
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and process improvements
- Maintain accurate employee data across the full employee lifecycle in line with controls and audits
- Handle HR operational queries covering policies, labor law, payroll, and benefits
- Lead and support regional HR operations projects aligned to improve business and global HR processes
- Implement HR programmes effectively across regional offices
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll, with proven delivery of HR generalist support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive and influential stakeholder partner
- Highly organized with sound judgment, able to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver practical solutions
- Project management capability with experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently
