You will be a key member of our service delivery team, playing an important role in providing HR and payroll outsourcing services to our clients, mainly large scale MNCs. You are responsible for coordinating internal resources and client for seamless execution of services, ensure service are delivered on-time and within scope. You will ensure compliance to SOPs, regulatory updates and liaise with local statutory authority regards to local pension, insurance, tax and etc. Most importantly, you will be work closely with our clients in delivering our services in a timely manner to enable our clients to run their payroll operations in an efficient way.
You will be trained on the functionalities of our award winning solution and partnering our application consultants, in gathering requirements, performing user testing and conducting train-the-trainers session.
You need to have a passion in client service and set your sight in delivering a solution that constantly exceed the clients expectation. You should enjoy continual learning and is often excited over new technologies.
