- Manage end-to-end payroll processing of approximately 700 employees accurately and on time
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and labor regulations
- Managing deductions, bonuses, overtime, benefits
- Coordinating with finance for reporting and reconciliation
- Handling payroll audits and year-end reporting
- Managing payroll system Timesoft
- Responding to employee pay-related queries
HR Business Partnering
- Advising managers on employee relations issues
- Supporting performance management & talent development
- Workforce planning and organizational design
- Driving engagement and culture initiatives
- Supporting change management projects
- Analyzing HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, cost of labor)
HR Operations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain HR documentation and reports
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies
