Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, statutory compliance, and proper record-keeping for all employees. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for all employees, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure accurate calculation and submission of statutory contributions.
Verify and update employee data, including new hires, resignations, leave, and benefits affecting payroll.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
Reconcile payroll reports with the general ledger and management records.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory regulations.
Assist in payroll audits and statutory filings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, EIS, and other local statutory requirements.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
