InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Executive to manage and process payroll transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
As a Payroll Executive, you will be the custodian of one of the most important parts of our colleague experience - ensuring that every team member is paid accurately, on time, and with care. Your role goes beyond processing numbers it's about safeguarding trust, compliance, and transparency in every transaction.
You will partner closely with our Assistant Financial Controller, department heads, and colleagues across the hotel to manage payroll, benefits, tax submissions, and manpower reporting. By keeping our systems accurate and processes smooth, you enable our teams to focus on what matters most - delivering incredible guest experiences.

As Payroll Executive, you are the keeper of the hotel's payroll and cash handling processes. You hold accountability for ensuring colleagues are compensated accurately, statutory obligations are met, and financial records remain compliant and transparent. Your role directly impacts colleague trust, financial stewardship, and the overall success of the Finance team. You will be supported by the Assistant Financial Controller and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellence across all payroll functions.
