Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

How You Add Value:

  • Collaborate with payroll internal project group and vendor to understand and document business requirements.
  • Assist with delivering ADP Global Payroll for a complex operational model (multi-country, multi -entity operations).
  • Support Revantage APAC Payroll implementation project through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data migration and validation planning and Go Live.
  • Supporting ad hoc payroll-related projects and implementation initiatives within the APAC team
  • Proactively identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks that may impact pay accuracy, validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting
  • Acting as the Singapore payroll subject matter expert to support consistent and high-quality payroll delivery
  • Support the People Ops team by maintaining strict confidentiality, data integrity, and governance across all people systems ( Bamboo)
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance payroll accuracy, productivity, and team effectiveness during implementation / set up.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records inc. electronic employee files, ensuring data is kept up to date on electronic drives, trackers, and systems ( Bamboo)

What You Bring To The Role

  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on of experience managing payroll in Singapore
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax, and statutory regulations
