This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in payroll systems and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly and ad-hoc runs for staff salaries, overtime, claims, incentives, and allowances.
Ensure accuracy of salary computations and timely pay-outs.
Post payroll transactions into SAP system and prepare reconciliation reports.
Generate monthly payroll reports (Overtime, Man-hours, Payroll Cost, Headcount) for department heads.
Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 submissions, and other tax-related matters.
Collaborate with Finance for monthly and quarterly closing.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents on payroll-related queries.
Process government claims (NS Reservist, Maternity, Child Care Leave).
Support staff data creation and system updates in SAP/Employee Self-Service.
Provide payroll data for internal/external reporting and MOM surveys.
Drive process improvements and participate in system UAT testing.
Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR Management).
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act, and tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with payroll systems SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
