Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal/external clients and payroll vendors to provide relevant payroll information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of salary payments
  • Ensure statutory reporting obligations such as Returns on Employees Remuneration and Notification of a Non-Citizen Employees Cessation of Employment or Departure from Singapore are submitted to IRAS within stipulated timelines
  • Provide advice and make decisions on complex payroll cases while maintaining confidentiality of payroll data
  • Assist in business process streamlining and re-engineering to improve work efficiency
