Payroll Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised, and experienced in handling payroll for large headcounts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using the Info-Tech Payroll System
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees
• Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare and submit statutory filings (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A & 8B)
• Handle government-paid leave claims and related submissions
• Attend to employee payroll and benefits queries professionally and efficiently
• Supervise and guide Payroll Assistant(s) where required
• Support HR functions, projects, and ad hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably handling large headcounts
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, Income Tax, and Foreign Worker Levy regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
