Job Description
- Manage payroll processing and validation for multiple Asian countries (except India)
- Review and audit payroll outputs prepared by external vendors
- Handle payroll adjustments, final payments, and statutory compliance
- Support financial reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, audits, and tax reporting
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of regional payroll experience within financial institutes industries
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with payroll vendors and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
