Payroll Analyst

We are pleased to be partnering a leading not-for-profit, professional services organisation, who is looking to appoint a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Analyst (circa. $60k annual package) to join their team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their payroll career who is keen to grow within a global shared service environment.

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for payroll operations across multiple international offices. With strong support and mentorship, you will learn the full payroll cycle while working alongside experienced professionals and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end payroll processing, partnering outsourced vendor(s) to ensure data accuracy and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, support reconciliations, and help resolve basic discrepancies.
• Learn and apply local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across different countries.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors as needed.
• Help maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support continuous process improvements.

Who You Are

• Early in your career: You have 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in outsourced payroll processing. Multi‑country exposure is a plus but not required.
• Keen to learn: You are open to coaching, eager to understand global payroll complexities, and ready to be moulded into a well‑rounded specialist.
• Technically comfortable: You have basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and some familiarity with payroll systems or HRIS platforms.
• Meticulous and reliable: You handle sensitive data with discretion, double‑check your work, and meet deadlines without reminders.
• A clear communicator: You can explain payroll matters in plain language and work well with colleagues from different teams.
