Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process including data validation, salary calculations, and timely salary disbursement for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with employment regulations and handling tax clearance procedures.
- Co-ordinate and verify with production supervisor and HR to validate attendance records, attendance approval, shift schedule, overtime claim and leave application before submit to payroll vendor
- Ensure payroll is processed accrurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare payroll reports for other functions and filing for audit purposes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies relate to attendance, leave and payroll calculations.
- Respond to employee's payroll inquiries regarding salary, deductions, overtimes and statutory matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll systems testing, upgrade and process improvements when required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree holder with min 5 year's relavant working experience
