We are looking to hire a Payments Transformation Manager with experience in payments related technology / initiatives for our client in Singapore which is a leading global investment bank.

What you can expect:

The role will sit within ITGPST (International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology) APAC Strategy and Innovation function, which works with Application Managers, Enterprise Control functions and COOs across the line of businesses to establish Payments Technology Strategy.

You will oversee the analysis of internal and external change drivers and curating forward looking technology strategy for Payments flows across the region.

What you will do:

  • Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
  • Analyse current state of technology across payment products for 12 APAC Markets.
  • Develop and socialize 3, 5 and 10 year technology strategy articulating change drivers and innovation opportunities.
  • Drive risk engagement & management and issue identification
  • Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
  • Assess regulatory (eg MAS, HKMA, CBRC, OJK, RBI, etc) changes impacting technology and operations and drive related risk mitigation program with required stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of technology management processes partner across multiple divisions to execute.
  • Assist business and process owners with identifying the most significant risks including Audit Issues, Self-Identified Audit Issues, Compliance Identified Audit Issues, Regulatory Issues
  • Practice and promote good risk culture and risk management within ITGPST, leading participation in technology strategy activities.

Your background:

  • Individual with Banking/Payments domain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT with minimum 5-7 plus years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in executing Product Owner or Business Analysis functions within Banking IT/Finance IT domain.
  • Knowledge of APAC regulations, payment products & understanding of regulatory risk management preferred.
  • Ability to ask right questions, conduct deep dives and communicate with relevant stakeholders are the most important, desired skills.
