Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of Ant International's payment products and operational capabilities across global markets, including payment acquiring for credit cards, e-wallets, and other alternative payment methods (APMs) under Ant's various entities in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia.
- Partner closely with the Business Development team to design, position, and present Ant International's global payment solutions to prospective and existing merchants, with a primary focus on driving new solution adoption and business growth.
- Gather, analyse, and articulate merchants business requirements, identify capability gaps, and translate customer needs into clear product and solution requirements.
- Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and recommend new product enhancements and strategic development directions.
- Design end-to-end payment solutions by assembling the appropriate product capabilities based on customer requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams/stakeholders to drive project execution, manage implementation milestones, and ensure payment solutions are launched successfully and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Payment Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, including payment flows, payment channels, and payment operations.
- Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, preferably in payment channel integration or payment services.
- Strong ownership, execution, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound judgment and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyse business requirements, define user stories, and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Passion for product innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
