Are you passionate about crafting persuasive business proposals and driving impactful client solutions Join our dynamic APAC Proposal Team as a Proposal Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how J.P. Morgan Payments presents its value to clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Subject Matter Experts to develop tailored, high-impact proposals that win business and showcase our market-leading Payments capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Manager in managing and leading the team, serving as Deputy as required.

  • Lead and manage proposals from end-to-end, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of high-quality proposals that meet global standard procedures and controls.

  • Collaborate with deal teams and product specialists to create compelling proposals that clearly articulate the strengths and value of our solutions.

  • Stay current on product enhancements and new offerings to ensure proposals reflect the latest innovations in solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in proposal trackers and databases.

  • Contribute actively to team initiatives and group projects, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines.

  • Minimum five years of banking experience, with a strong preference for candidates with cash management or transaction banking expertise.

  • Proven project management skills, with exceptional organization and communication abilities.

  • Highly collaborative, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Advanced desktop publishing skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and related applications.

  • Experience in proposal writing is a plus.
