Support regional initiatives to enhance ShopeePay's payment infrastructure across card networks and payment rails, including cross-border and remittance solutions.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with regional banks, card schemes, and payment partners to identify gaps in payment flows and cost optimisation opportunities.
Work with internal teams to support user adoption and transaction growth across payment channels, including coordination of new payment launches and partner campaigns.
Provide day-to-day support for cross-functional projects involving local markets, product, marketing, risk, legal and compliance teams.
Conduct market research on competitors, payment trends, and cross-market best practices, and prepare insights to support product and go-to-market improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
Prior internships or working experience in banks preferred
Demonstrates a strong growth mindset with eagerness to learn new skills and domain knowledge on payment back-end processes, settlement, and system integrations.
Comfortable communicating and working with both internal and external stakeholders.
