Key Responsibilities
Payments domain expertise : Domestic and International Payments, Payment routing, Cheques, Clearing & Settlement Systems(RTGS, Giro, Faster Payments / G3 / MEPS /HK CHATS / CHAPS), SWIFT, Standing Instructions, Direct Debits, Credit transfer, Bulk Payments, SEPA, Payment formats (SWIFT, ISO20022 XML, NACHA etc).
Technical skills : Oracle SQL, Unix, Websphere
Experience in managing technical aspect software products
Hands on experience on CBPR+ changes
Experience in Product management and software delivery life cycle.
Analysis of requirements, creating Functional Specification
Definition of Process flows, User Interface and Reports based on requirements
Should participate in Interface Study (File and Real Time interfaces)
Participate in consulting assignments in the area of Payments including coverage of channels and core banking.
Working knowledge of the cash management domain
Hands on experience with payment products like Finastra-GPP,Dovetail.
Expertise in reconciliation and accounting for payment workflow
Expertise in configuring the payment product
Experience of Working closely with Business users, change management teams.
Able to troubleshoot testing issues.
Expertise in analysing logs
Experienced in production support.
Able to design Interface solution
Lead the requirement gathering workshops.
Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
Required Skills
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Banking or equivalent professional qualification
Familiar with industry level changes such as ISO 20022 MX migration
Proficiency across SWIFT message types and protocols
Excellent Techno Functional skill in the Payments area
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical skills, demonstrated in earlier engagements with Tier 1 customers
Solutioning skills and experience of large scale solution design on at least 2 projects
