Payment Product Manager

Our Client is a A licenced digital payments company looking for a Product Manager to support the build and expansion of cross-border and fiat payment capabilities.

This is a hands-on execution role suited for someone who understands payment flows, system integrations, and regulatory considerations, and enjoys working closely with engineers and external partners to ship reliable, scalable products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and partner institutions to deliver secure and compliant payment solutions across multiple corridors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the cross-border payments roadmap
• Support the build and expansion of global payment rails
• Work on integrations with banks, PSPs, and local payment networks
• Own and document API requirements, partner specs, and PRDs
• Support end-to-end cross-border flows: collections, payouts, FX, settlement, reconciliation
• Contribute to routing logic, redundancy, and fallback design for reliability
• Monitor and improve transaction success rates, SLAs, fees, and cost efficiency
• Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Ops, and Finance
• Support onboarding and management of external payment partners

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years Product Management experience in payments / fintech / banking
• Hands-on exposure to cross-border payments, FX, wallets, or card-related flows
• Strong understanding of payment architectures and system integrations
• Experience operating in regulated environments (MAS, AML/CFT preferred)
• Comfortable working directly with engineers on technical trade-offs
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
• Crypto or digital asset exposure is a plus, not mandatory
