We're looking for a Payment Operations Implementation Lead to join the Wise Platform Operations team in our Singapore office.
Your mission:
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world's first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. Your mission is to help build and develop a strong WIse Platform Operations Implementation team in APAC and support Product Specialists on their personal growth paths.
Here's how you'll be contributing to the Operations Team
As a Payment Operations Implementation Lead in the Wise Platform domain you will be the driving force behind the successful launch and scaling of our partner integrations in Payment Operations. This role owns the end-to-end operational readiness for new integrations, from managing the pipeline and defining testing plans to ensuring payment models are fast, reliable, and built to scale. This is a leadership position that blends strategic process design with hands-on technical oversight to ensure partners receive a world-class experience.
What You'll Be Doing

Proven Experience: You have a background in operations management, technical implementation, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced FinTech, payments, or technology company.
Data-Driven Mindset: You have a strong track record of using data analysis (SQL skills are a major plus) to move metrics, inform priorities, and drive business decisions.

Technical Acumen: You have a passion for technology and are comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams. Bonus points for experience with APIs or data visualization tools (like Looker).
