A senior role within the team that offers a combination of transaction management and project exposure.
Manage end-to-end operational flow for payment operations, acting as point of contact within the bank for issue resolution.
Execute and oversee payment processing activities, including settlement and reconciliation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Support payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing, driving Operations inputs for the initiatives.
Responsible for the process rollout of new products/enhancements.
Provide support with treasury settlements and guidance in preparation of manual payment instructions.
Adhere to processing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), and be compliant with internal controls and external regulations.
Support other products within Operations where required.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant working experience in Payment Operations
Knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS payment messages and relevant systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
