We are seeking an experienced Payment Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our payment operations in Singapore. In this role, you will ensure the efficiency, scalability, security, compliance, and accuracy of our daily payment flows while driving continuous operational improvements on client support and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end daily cashless and digital payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement updates, and month-end closing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance payment process efficiency, reduce operational costs, strengthen internal controls, and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Monitor and analyze cashless payment performance data to generate actionable insights for management reporting and operational planning.
  • Resolve operational issues and address client feedback by collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the payment operations team to achieve high-quality, accurate results and uphold strong execution standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to mitigate operational risks, enhance scalability, and support the launch of new products and services.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align on system enhancements, product rollouts, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in payment operations, fintech, or banking with at least 5 years of experience in payment services, fintech, or banking.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, optimizing operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, regulatory requirements, and risk control frameworks within the Singapore market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and implement process enhancements.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
