Responsibilities
- Interact with Business to discuss and client requirements, analyze business dependencies and prioritization.
- Elaborate user stories, back-log creation and grooming, prioritization, creation of acceptance oftest cases.
- Explain user stories to team members and anchor planning and review meetings.
- Strong communication skills and able to handle other stakeholders.
- Hands on experience to write technical specification (BRD/FSD).
- A high level of intelligence ability to operate not only on the basis of important past experiences, but in the light of the approaches and developments that occur in the market.
- Natural problem-solving inclination.
EssentialRequirements (Skills Requirements)
- Must have 8+ years of IT exp and minimum of 5 years of exp in Banking and payments domain projects.
- Experience in Transaction Banking - Cash Management is mandatory.
- Experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodology.
- Excellent Communication skills & a team player.
- Proven ability to work with people from different cultures.
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving.
GOOD TO HAVE
. Knowledge in Finastra Products (Fusion Corporate channels) is highly preferred
. Knowledge on Payment Products (Corporate) ASEAN region
. Knowledge of Core Banking
