Pavement Supervisor - Registered with LTA
Are you passionate about building Singapore's roadways to the highest standards We're seeking an experienced Pavement Supervisor with LTA registration to join our high-performing team and deliver outstanding results on major public infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate pavement construction, road openings, and maintenance to meet LTA's stringent quality standards.
- Plan, organise, and manage roadwork sites for effective, safe, and timely execution of work.
- Oversee and guide teams in traffic management and roadworks construction, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and LTA representatives lead site inspections and technical reporting for all pavement works.
- Maintain meticulous site records and update project managers with daily and weekly work progress.
- Stay proactive in resolving site challenges and upholding site housekeeping standards, ensuring minimal disruption to the public.
What We're Looking For
- Must be registered with LTA for pavement supervision.
- Possess a Certificate in Pavement Construction & Maintenance or equivalent (preferred by LTA).
- Confidently interpret the site and CAD drawings
- Hands-on site supervision experience in road, pavement, or public infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong communicator who collaborates confidently with site teams and external stakeholders.
- A Class 3 driving license and relevant trade experience are a plus.
