Patient Service Trainee

Start your healthcare career with us - no experience needed! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dental clinic as a Patient Service Trainee. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every visit is smooth and pleasant. Full training provided. 5-day work week, day shifts only.

What You Will Do

. Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling

. Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)

. Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals

. Respond to patient enquiries professionally - in person, by phone, and email

. Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management

What You Need

. Diploma or degree in any discipline

. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

. Comfortable using basic computer applications

. Available for rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day

. Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome - training provided
