Patient Service Associate (Singaporeans & PR)

Job Description

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

. Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager

. Registering and scheduling appointments for patients

. Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients

. Providing chaperone assistance to patients

. Assisting doctors with simple procedures

. Providing patient education and financial counselling

. Preparing and dispensing medications

. Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements

. Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

. Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification

. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

. Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
