Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing patient self-care through mobile application education and nationwide healthcare initiatives. Play a pivotal role in improving community health outcomes while engaging directly with patients.

Responsibilities

Promote mobile applications and self-help functions to educate patients on healthcare initiatives. Facilitate and organize health programmes in collaboration with partnered vendors, managing logistics and scheduling. Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, and payment processing at the polyclinic. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing queries and conducting initial health screenings, including height, weight, and blood pressure checks. Make outgoing calls to patients to respond to urgent requests and needs. Provide necessary administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification. Proficient in computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant disposition. Experience in frontline and customer service is preferred. Comfortable with public speaking for patient education purposes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating passion for service excellence. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Commitment to a 5.5-day work week.
