Job Description:

• Register patients, verify personal information, and manage appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide frontline customer service by attending to patients enquiries, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Prepare and process patient bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds in accordance with hospital policies.
• Process insurance claims, corporate billing, and healthcare financing schemes (e.g., Medisave, MediShield Life), ensuring billing accuracy.
• Maintain accurate patient records, update information in the hospital system, and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, finance teams, and other departments to support efficient patient care and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O Levels
